With a background in actuarial science, and having worked at HSBC, State Street, and Multrees, playing a pivotal role in launching and optimising wealth platforms for some of the most prestigious firms in the industry. His expertise bridges the gap between business objectives and platform strategy.

Robert has successfully scaled regulated businesses, including growing a claims management company from 1 to 1,200 employees in four years. His strength lies in operational resilience, risk management, and driving sustainable financial growth.

Tim Royston Webb is Non-Executive Chairman and Investor at Graphene Holdco. Tim has a proven track record of building and scaling successful companies in rapidly evolving industries. Known for his entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify market opportunities, he has consistently driven innovation and growth throughout his career. At Graphene, Tim provides strategic guidance and oversight, supporting the leadership team as they scale the business and expand its market impact.

Wayne is a former CEO of Marlborough, where he led one of the UK's most successful fund service businesses. He is also the co-founder of Zeyro, a technology enabled FCA regulated distribution and marketing company. Wayne brings proven leadership in fund and platform services, guiding strategy and growth across multi-billion assets.

A founding team member at Multrees, Andrew has helped scale propositions managing over £10bn in assets. His expertise in platform operations and high-value wealth management solutions ensures seamless execution for Graphene’s clients.

As former CIO of Hargreaves Lansdown, David guided the company's technology strategy, overseeing its growth from £3bn to £150bn in assets under administration. He specialises in scalable, secure, and innovative financial technology solutions.

Kirin trained and qualified as a solicitor at Pinsent Masons (Formerly McGrigors LLP) where she spent 5 years in their London office. Having qualified into the Corporate team, Kirin has experience in a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. Prior to McGrigors Kirin worked as a paralegal with the M&A team at Freshfields LLP. Kirin received an LLB Law and LLM Corporate & Commercial Law from University College London.

Nick Booth is Graphene’s Commercial Director, with more than 25 years’ experience in wealth management, capital markets and international business development. He began his career at Merrill Lynch Portfolio Managers and went on to hold senior positions at Collins Stewart and Enhance Investments before becoming Founding Director at TrustLink Consulting. Nick has built a reputation for driving client growth and designing multi-jurisdictional sales strategies that deliver measurable results. His blend of hands-on commercial experience and strategic foresight makes him ideally placed to support Graphene’s expansion, forge strategic partnerships, and bring its infrastructure model to a wider market. Known for his ability to connect with clients across geographies, Nick ensures that commercial growth is always aligned with long-term value creation for stakeholders.

George is a Chartered Accountant with a career spanning the Caribbean, Guernsey, Luxembourg and Jersey. Beginning his journey with Arthur Andersen in the Cayman Islands, he quickly gained exposure to international finance, working with global banks, hedge funds and pioneering ventures. Over two decades, he has held senior leadership roles across regulated businesses, guiding firms through mergers, licensing, regulatory change and complex governance challenges. His approach blends technical rigour with calm, transparent leadership, shaped both by professional experience and his early years as a competitive freediver and rowing coach. Today, George provides board-level insight, fractional CFO services and strategic advisory through his practice, Intendance, while also contributing to projects in digital assets and marine conservation. His career reflects a commitment to stewardship — of capital, clients and community — underpinned by resilience, curiosity and a steady focus on governance.

Stuart has extensive experience in digital marketing and brand positioning across financial services and B2B sectors. He specialises in growth strategies, client engagement, and digital optimisation, ensuring Graphene’s market presence is strong and impactful.

Lisa Whittle is Graphene’s Senior Client Service Manager, bringing over two decades of experience in financial services. For the past 10 years she has worked extensively with leading investment platforms, shaping end-to-end strategies and building long-term client relationships. Lisa has a proven track record in business development, consistently exceeding targets and earning recognition for excellence — including Fidelity’s Director’s Award in 2014 and top BDM at FE in 2018, achieving 170% of her annual sales goal. Known for her proactive approach and consultative style, Lisa works closely with clients to understand their investment strategies, objectives and compliance requirements, ensuring solutions are aligned with business growth. Her deep knowledge of the competitor landscape and industry trends, combined with her ability to engage stakeholders at board level, makes her a valuable partner in driving client success and platform innovation.

Andrew Johnstone is Graphene’s Head of Risk and Compliance, with over two decades of experience across regulatory supervision, risk management and compliance strategy. He spent ten years at the Financial Conduct Authority in senior financial and supervisory roles before moving into industry leadership positions at BlackRock, where he oversaw key aspects of risk and prudential policy. Since 2022, Andrew has advised leading financial institutions on risk frameworks, regulatory authorisations and compliance obligations. His blend of regulatory insight and industry experience makes him a highly respected voice in governance and policy. At Graphene, Andrew plays a critical role in embedding robust risk and compliance frameworks, ensuring the business scales responsibly while maintaining the highest regulatory standards.

Mark is an innovative technology leader with over 20 years of experience delivering impactful solutions across finance, biotech, legal and web sectors. He specialises in full-stack development, financial data systems, RegTech, platform scaling, and integration, bringing deep expertise in agile methodologies and data strategy. Mark has successfully guided products from concept to launch, built and led high-performing development teams, and conducted technical due diligence for more than 20 VC-backed startups. His breadth of knowledge and hands-on leadership make him ideally placed to drive Graphene’s engineering and technology strategy.

Margaret, Platform Oversight Manager, brings expertise in platform operations and client oversight, ensuring governance, efficiency and smooth delivery across complex wealth management systems.

Hannah Gaunt is Graphene’s Product & Operations Manager, with a decade of experience in the UK platform market across operations, product delivery and strategic projects. She has played a key role in digital and business transformation initiatives, ensuring that client needs and regulatory considerations are fully integrated into operational strategy. Hannah’s background includes roles at Multrees Investor Services and Seccl, where she developed deep expertise in client propositions, data management and product ownership. A collaborative problem-solver and quick learner, she has a strong passion for systems, software and process optimisation, making her instrumental in delivering seamless platform solutions. At Graphene, Hannah combines operational discipline with innovative thinking to drive efficient, client-focused outcomes.

Keiran is Graphene’s Client Solutions Executive, responsible for driving sales and building strong client relationships. With experience spanning sustainability, cybersecurity and financial services, he brings a diverse perspective to business development and client engagement. Prior to joining Graphene, Keiran worked with Carbon Architecture, delivering actionable sustainability solutions, and at SentryBay, supporting enterprises in endpoint protection and cybersecurity. His background enables him to connect with clients across sectors, understand their strategic objectives, and position Graphene’s platform as the right solution. Energetic and client-focused, Keiran plays a key role in supporting Graphene’s commercial growth and ensuring clients receive exceptional service.

Kenn brings 30+ years of industry experience, having led Alpha FMC’s wealth management division and advised major firms on platform transformation. His expertise ensures Graphene remains a leading innovator in the sector.

Fiona, Senior Designer, specialises in graphic design and brand development, creating clear, engaging visuals that strengthen Graphene’s identity and client communications.

Diane, Platform Operations Specialist, brings extensive experience in platform operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and robust support for clients across complex wealth management processes.

Simon, Senior Client Service Manager, brings extensive experience in client relationship management, specialising in platform services and delivering high-quality support to wealth management clients.
